my story...
I am a wife, mother, executive leader and entrepreneur. I have over 30 years of experience leading others to meet their personal and professional goals.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve discovered my passion for fitness of all kinds. While we hear a lot about physical fitness and are flooded with images of people with perfect physiques, hair and skin, social media bombards us with images that cause us to question if our lives are as good as what others depict. We are left always wanting something different to bring us happiness only to find that those things we believed would make us happy do not. The next promotion doesn’t make us feel more successful and losing that five pounds doesn’t magically deliver a dose of body confidence.
What I’ve discovered while coaching others toward goals in all aspects of their lives is that a balanced approach is most often the best to reach personal and professional objectives whether they be a new career, a promotional opportunity, improving relationships with others, or simply enhancing overall fitness and nutrition practices.
